Common use of Termination of Members Clause in Contracts

Termination of Members. (a) A Member may be terminated for non-payment of fees or monies due FRCC as provided in Section 6.3, or for a significant violation of obligations as set forth in Section 1.7. The Board may, by resolution, establish a fair and reasonable procedure to terminate a Member. (b) A Member whose membership has been terminated shall be liable to FRCC for fees and any other monies due FRCC as a result of obligations incurred or commitments made prior to termination.
