Common use of Termination of Reporting Obligation Clause in Contracts

Termination of Reporting Obligation. The obligations of the Successor Agency and the Dissemination Agent specified in this Disclosure Agreement shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption or payment in full of all of the Bonds. If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity of the Bonds, the Successor Agency shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Event under Section 5(a).

Termination of Reporting Obligation. The Authority’s obligations of the Successor Agency and the Dissemination Agent specified in under this Disclosure Agreement shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption redemption, or payment in full of all of the Series 2018 Bonds. If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity of the Bonds, the Successor Agency shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Event under Section 5(a).

Termination of Reporting Obligation. The Successor Agency’s obligations of the Successor Agency and the Dissemination Agent specified in under this Disclosure Agreement shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption or payment in full of all of the Bonds. If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity of the Bonds, the Successor Agency shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Event under Section 5(a5(c).

Termination of Reporting Obligation. The obligations obligation of the Successor Agency Authority, the Trustee and the Dissemination Agent specified in under this Disclosure Agreement shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption or payment in full of all of the Bonds. If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity of the Bonds, the Successor Agency shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Event under Section 5(a).

Termination of Reporting Obligation. The obligations of the Successor Agency Issuer’s and the Dissemination Agent specified in Agent’s obligations under this Disclosure Agreement shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption or payment in full of all of the Bonds. If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity of the Bonds, the Successor Agency Issuer shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Event under Section 5(a5(d).
