Common use of Termination of Representative Clause in Contracts

Termination of Representative. AND WARRANTIES; SURVIVAL OF COVENANTS ------------------------------------- The respective representations and warranties of Acubid, Acquisition Corp., JDI, and Sellers contained in this Agreement shall expire and terminate on the Closing Date. The obligations under all covenants and agreements which are to be performed after the Closing Date shall survive the Closing Date. All other covenants, agreements, and certificates shall expire and terminate on the Closing Date.
