Common use of Termination of Right of First Offer Clause in Contracts

Termination of Right of First Offer. The rights of Tenant hereunder with respect to the Offering Space shall terminate on the earlier to occur of: (i) Tenant’s failure to exercise its Right of First Offer within the ten (10)-Business-Day period provided in Section A above; and (ii) the date Landlord would have provided Tenant an Advice if Tenant had not been in violation of one or more of the conditions set forth in Section A above.

Termination of Right of First Offer. The rights of Tenant hereunder with respect to the any Potential Offering Space shall terminate on the earlier to occur of: (i) November 30, 2007; (ii) Tenant’s failure to exercise its Right of First Offer with respect to such Potential Offering Space within the ten (10)-Business5-Business-Day period provided in Section A 10.07(1) above; and (iiiii) the date Landlord would have provided Tenant an Advice for such Potential Offering Space if Tenant had not been in violation of one or more of the conditions set forth in Section A 10.07(1) above.

Termination of Right of First Offer. The rights of Tenant hereunder with respect to the an Offering Space shall terminate on the earlier to occur of: (i) Tenant’s failure to exercise its Right of First Offer within the ten (10)-Businessten-(10)-Business-Day period provided in Section A above; and (ii) the date Landlord would have provided Tenant an Advice if Tenant had not been in violation of one or more of the conditions set forth in Section A above.

Termination of Right of First Offer. The rights of Tenant hereunder with respect to the Offering Space shall terminate on the earlier to occur of: (i) the last day of the 24th full calendar month of the Term, (ii) Tenant’s 's failure to exercise its Right of First Offer within the ten (10)-Business-Day 5 day period provided in Section A 1.A. above; and (iiiii) the date Landlord would have provided Tenant an Advice if Tenant had not been in violation of one or more of the conditions set forth in Section A l.A. above.

Termination of Right of First Offer. The rights of Tenant hereunder with respect to the each Offering Space that is subject to an Advice shall terminate on the earlier to occur of: (iii) Tenant’s failure to exercise its Right of First Offer within the ten fifteen (10)-Business-Day 15) day period provided in Section A Paragraph 2.a. above; and (iiiii) the date Landlord would have provided Tenant an Advice if Tenant had not been in violation of one or more of the conditions set forth in Section A Paragraph 2.a. above; provided that all of Tenant’s rights under this Paragraph 2 shall terminate on December 31, 2015.

Termination of Right of First Offer. The rights of Tenant hereunder with respect to the Offering Space shall terminate on the earlier to occur of: (i) Tenant’s failure to exercise its Right of First Offer within the ten (10)-Business-Day 10 day period provided in Section A subsection 1 above; and (ii) the date Landlord would have provided Tenant an Advice if Tenant had not been in violation of one or more of the conditions set forth in Section A subsection 1 above.

Termination of Right of First Offer. The rights of Tenant hereunder with respect to each applicable portion of the Offering Space shall terminate on the earlier to occur of: (i) Tenant’s 's failure to exercise its Right of First Offer within the ten (10)-Business-Day 10 day period provided in Section A above; and (ii) the date Landlord would have provided Tenant an Advice if Tenant had not been in violation of one or more of the conditions set forth in Section A above.

Termination of Right of First Offer. The rights of Tenant hereunder with respect to the Offering Space shall terminate on the earlier to occur of: (i) September 30, 2013; (ii) with respect to any particular Offering Space, Tenant’s failure to exercise its Right of First Offer with respect to such space within the ten (10)-Business-Day 10 day period provided in Section A above; and (iiiii) with respect to any particular Offering Space, the date Landlord would have provided Tenant an Advice for such space if Tenant had not been in violation of one or more of the conditions set forth in Section A above.

Termination of Right of First Offer. The rights of Tenant hereunder with respect to the Offering Space shall terminate on the earlier to occur of: (i) Tenant’s failure to exercise its Right the expiration of First Offer within the ten (10)-Business-Day period provided in Section A aboveTerm of this Lease; and (ii) the date Landlord would have provided Tenant an Advice if Tenant had not been in violation of one or more of the conditions set forth in Section A above.

Termination of Right of First Offer. The rights of Tenant hereunder with respect to the Offering Space shall terminate on the earlier to occur of: (i) the original Termination Date; (ii) Tenant’s failure to exercise its Right of First Offer within the ten (10)-Business-Day 10 day period provided in Section A above; and (iiiii) the date Landlord would have provided Tenant an Advice if Tenant had not been in violation of one or more mere of the conditions set forth in Section A above.

Termination of Right of First Offer. The rights of Tenant hereunder with respect to the Offering Space shall terminate on the earlier to occur of: (i) Tenant’s 's failure to exercise its Right of First Offer within the ten (10)-Business-Day 5 day period provided in Section A XIl.G.1 above; and or (ii) the date Landlord would have provided Tenant an Advice if Tenant had not been in violation of one or more of the conditions set forth in Section A XIl.G.1 above.
