Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) the Outstanding Series 2010-3 Note theretofore authenticated and issued has been delivered to the Trustee for cancellation, and (ii) RCFC has paid all sums payable hereunder. (b) The representations and warranties set forth in Article VIII of this Series Supplement shall survive and may not be waived for so long as the Series 2010-3 Note is Outstanding.
