Termination of Term Appointment. (a) The Employer may terminate a term employee at any time with ten (10) days notice. The reasons for such termination will be given in writing to the employee and the Union not less than 10 days prior to the date of termination. (b) Notwithstanding Article 10.07 (a), the employment of an employee hired to a term appointment shall end at the conclusion of the term.
