Common use of Termination of the Aggregate Commitment Clause in Contracts

Termination of the Aggregate Commitment. The Aggregate Commitment shall terminate on the earliest of: (a) September , 2007 [the third (3rd) anniversary of the date hereof]; (b) the date of termination by the Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.5(a) hereof; and (c) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 11.2(a) hereof; [provided, however, that Urban may submit to the Administrative Agent a Termination Date Extension Request (which shall be submitted without limitation with the annual business plan and financial projections required to be delivered under Section 7.1(d) hereof), pursuant to which each Lender, at its sole discretion, may agree to extend the Termination Date of its respective Commitment set forth in subsection (a) of this Section 2.6 by an additional three hundred sixty-four (364) day term.]
