Common use of Termination of the Contract Clause in Contracts

Termination of the Contract. 8.1 The District may immediately terminate the Contract in accordance with District policies if, at any time, the District determines in its sole discretion, that Contractor has breached any of the requirements of this Addendum. Should Contractor not comply with the requirements of this Addendum and that non-compliance results in the misuse or unauthorized release of PII by the Contractor, the District may terminate the Contract immediately as provided under this Addendum and in accordance with C.R.S. Section ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ (2)(a).

Termination of the Contract. 8.1 The District may immediately terminate the Contract applicable subscription in accordance with District policies if, at any time, the District determines in its sole discretion, that Contractor has breached materially any of the requirements of this Addendum. Should Contractor not comply with the requirements of this Addendum and that non-compliance results in the misuse or unauthorized release of PII by the Contractor, the District may terminate the Contract applicable subscription immediately as provided under this Addendum and in accordance with C.R.S. Section ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ (2)(a).
