Termination of the Programming Library Letter Agreement. Each Party to the Programming Library Letter Agreement hereby agrees that, as of the Effective Date, the Programming Library Letter Agreement shall be terminated and shall be of no further force or effect, and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Programming Library Letter Agreement, any liabilities or obligations outstanding prior to the Effective Date under or arising out of the Programming Library Letter Agreement shall be deemed to be fully extinguished and any amounts owing from one Party to any other Party on or prior to the Effective Date under or arising out of the Programming Library Letter Agreement shall be deemed to have been fully satisfied. As of the Effective Date, each Party to the Programming Library Letter Agreement irrevocably and unconditionally waives any and all rights of such Party under or arising out of the Programming Library Letter Agreement.

  • END USER AGREEMENTS (“EUA GAC acknowledges that the END USER may choose to enter into an End User Agreement (“EUA) with the Contractor through this Agreement, and that the term of the EUA may exceed the term of the current H-GAC Agreement.
