Termination of Trades Sample Clauses

Termination of Trades. 28.2.1 Atossa will be entitled to terminate any open Trades in accordance with any court order, arbitration award or ruling or directive from any competent authority, which is binding on Atossa. 28.2.2 The Trading Platforms will automatically terminate a Trade when the Margin is no longer met, as determined in accordance with the Trade Schedule. 28.2.3 Termination due to notice by the Client. If the Client wishes to terminate a trade, the Client shall do so telephonically or via the Trading Platforms.
