Common use of TERMINATION OF TRAINING Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION OF TRAINING. a. SSYS reserves the right to refuse admission onto any Training or to terminate any Student’s training at any time during the Training, without refunding the Training Fee, in cases where, in the reasonable opinion of SSYS, the Student behaves in an unethical, inappropriate or otherwise unacceptable manner and/or engages in misconduct, or obstructive behaviour, including but not limited to disrupting the group dynamic, acting out, drug or alcohol abuse, sabotage of the Training in ways such as grooming other people to denigrate the training or deliberate instigation of negative gossip about either the teachers or other participants. This is vital for the health of the training to be preserved. If the Student has a concern about the content of the training or other participants, please raise it directly with ▇▇▇▇ or Samantha and not in clique culture. b. In circumstances where SSYS terminates the Student’s Training, no certification will be granted and the Student will not have the right to utilise any of the SSYS material, which must be returned to SSYS promptly.
