TERMINATION OF TRAINING. This learning agreement may be terminated by you or the Trust, by giving one months notice in writing. This Learning Agreement will be terminated without notice, where the trainee is absent for 5 consecutive days of unauthorised leave, or any other reason which may include ill health for three weeks or longer.
