Common use of Termination of Trust Clause in Contracts

Termination of Trust. Should the aggregate principal of any Trust at any time be valued at Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) or less, the Trustee may, in his or her sole discretion, terminate such Trust and distribute the assets of the Trust to the beneficiaries in proportion to each beneficiary’s share of the Trust.
