Common use of Termination on Account of Disability Clause in Contracts

Termination on Account of Disability. In the event Executive’s employment terminates on account of Disability (other than as provided in Section 3(a)(i)(B) of this Agreement), Executive shall not receive benefits pursuant to Sections 2, 3 or 4 hereof. However, Executive shall receive any amounts earned, accrued or owing but not yet paid to Executive prior to his Termination Date, and any benefits due Executive in accordance with the terms of any applicable benefit plans and programs of the Company.
