Termination on Expiration Date. In the event that the Employment Term expires on the Expiration Date, then the Company shall pay or provide Executive, the cash amounts and benefits payable to Executive under Section 5.3 hereof, at the times and subject to the conditions specified in Section 5.3 hereof.
