Termination Other Than an Involuntary Termination. If the Executive’s employment hereunder shall terminate for any reason other than an Involuntary Termination, then the Company shall continue to provide all compensation and all benefits to the Executive hereunder until the effective date of such termination of employment (including any bonus awards earned through such date), and such compensation and benefits shall terminate contemporaneously with such termination of employment, except to the extent provided by the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985, as amended (“COBRA”), or Sections 601 through 608 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”).
