Termination Severance and Related Matters. (a) AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT. Executive's employment hereunder is "at will" and, therefore, may be terminated at any time, with or without Cause, at the option of the Company, subject only to the severance obligations under this Section 7. Upon any termination hereunder, the Employment Period shall expire.
