Termination; Supplements and Amendments. We may supplement this Agreement or amend it by written notice thereof to you, and any such supplement or amendment to this Agreement shall be effective with respect to the Offering after the date of such supplement or amendment. Each reference to "this Agreement" or "the Agreement" herein shall, as appropriate, be to this Agreement as so amended and supplemented. This Agreement shall be binding on, and inure to the benefit of, the parties hereto, and the respective successors and assigns of each.
