Common use of Termination Upon Certain Events Clause in Contracts

Termination Upon Certain Events. If Lessee has delivered, or is deemed to have delivered, written notice of a termination of this Lease with respect to the applicable Property to Lessor in the form described in Section 16.2(a) (a "Termination Notice") pursuant to the provisions of this Lease, then following the applicable Casualty, Condemnation or Environmental Violation, this Lease shall terminate with respect to the affected Property on the applicable Termination Date.

If Lessee has delivered, or is deemed to have delivered, written notice of a termination of this Lease with respect to the applicable Property to Lessor in the form described in Section 16.2(a) (a "“Termination Notice"”) pursuant to the provisions of this Lease, then following the applicable Casualty, Condemnation or Environmental Violation, this Lease shall terminate with respect to the affected Property on the applicable Termination Date.

If Lessee has delivered, or is deemed to have delivered, written notice of a termination of this Lease with respect to the applicable Property to Lessor and the Agent in the form described in Section 16.2(a) (a "Termination Notice") pursuant to the provisions of this Lease, then (a) following the applicable Casualty, Condemnation Casualty or Environmental ViolationCondemnation, this Lease shall terminate with respect to the affected Property on the applicable Termination DateDate or (b) pursuant to the second sentence of Section 15.2, due to the occurrence of an Environmental Violation, this Lease shall terminate with respect to the affected Property.

If any Lessee has delivered, or is deemed to have delivered, written notice of a termination of this Lease with respect to the applicable any Property with respect to which such Lessee has executed a Lease Supplement to Lessor in the form described in Section 16.2(a) (a "Termination Notice") pursuant to the provisions of this Lease, then following the applicable Casualty, Condemnation or Environmental Violation, this Lease shall terminate with respect to the affected Property on the applicable Termination Date.

If If, after the Rent Commencement Date, Lessee has delivered, or is deemed to have delivered, written notice of a termination of this Lease with respect to the applicable Property to Lessor in the form described in Section 16.2(a) (a "“Termination Notice"”) pursuant to the provisions of this Lease, then following the applicable Casualty, Condemnation or Environmental ViolationCondition, Lessee shall pay Lessor the Termination Value on the Termination Date and upon Lessor’s receipt of the Termination Value, this Lease shall terminate with respect to the affected Property on the applicable Termination Dateterminate.

If Lessee has delivered, or is deemed to have delivered, written notice of a termination of this Lease with respect to one or more of the applicable Property Properties to Lessor in the form described in Section 16.2(a) (a "Termination Notice") pursuant to the provisions of this Lease, then following the applicable Casualty, Condemnation or Environmental Violation, this Lease shall terminate with respect to all the affected Property Properties on the applicable Termination Date.

If Lessee has delivered, or is deemed to have delivered, written notice of a termination of this Lease with respect to the applicable Property to Lessor in the form described in Section 16.2(a) (a "Termination Notice") pursuant to the provisions of this LeaseLease or Section 8.2(b) of the Participation Agreement, then following the applicable Casualty, Condemnation or Environmental ViolationViolation or other relevant event under Section 8.2(b) of the Participation Agreement, this Lease shall terminate with respect to the affected Property on the applicable Termination Date.
