Common use of Termination With Cause or Without Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Termination With Cause or Without Good Reason. If the Company terminates the employment of Executive with Cause, or if Executive voluntarily terminates employment with the Company without Good Reason, then (i) Executive shall be paid the Base Salary through the month of termination, and (ii) Executive shall receive benefits, if any, under Company plans in accordance with the terms of such plans.

Termination With Cause or Without Good Reason. If there is a Separation from Service initiated by the Company terminates the employment of Executive with Cause, or if resulting from Executive voluntarily terminates employment with the Company initiating a Separation from Service without Good Reason, then (i) Executive shall be paid the Base Salary through the month of termination, and (ii) Executive shall receive benefits, if any, under Company plans in accordance with the terms of such plans.
