Termination with respect to a Region. Cephalon may terminate this Agreement as to a particular Region in its entirety upon [***] written notice to Angioblast referencing this Section 13.2(c) and specifying the Region for which this Agreement is terminated. In the event of such termination the provisions of Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 of Exhibit 13 shall apply.
