Common use of Termination Without Cause by Metrolinx Clause in Contracts

Termination Without Cause by Metrolinx. Metrolinx may terminate this Agreement at any time, without cause, by delivering written notice, in accordance with IX (Notice), to that effect to each Purchaser, which notice shall be effective sixty (60) calendar days following delivery of the notice by Metrolinx. Any outstanding payment obligations of the Purchasers remaining as of the date of termination shall remain in effect.
