Common use of Terminations and Resignations Clause in Contracts

Terminations and Resignations. A Teacher who resigns shall do so in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. A teacher whose employment is to be terminated shall be given notice in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. Terminations shall be subject to Article 4.05
