TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL ACCOUNTS. I must be and remain a member in good standing to maintain any account with you. To remain a member in good standing I must meet the account balance minimums for the account type I hold. If I reduce my primary share account balance below $5.00 and do not increase the balance to at least $5.00 within thirty (30) days of the reduction, I may be terminated from membership at the end of a dividend period.
