Terms and Conditions of Purchase. The SUPPLIER agree, to identify and to hold all relevant information´s about the product-development-process and product–life-cycle legal- and governmental- requirements and the customer specific requirements. This requirements are send by the SUPPLIER to all his sub – suppliers in the supplier chain. The Supplier is responsible that all his sub – suppliers in the supplier chain hold the requirements.
