Course cost US$***** for 10 participants Instructor Fee ***** FLAT RATE Course materials & shipping (10 +1 Copies / 1 CD) ***** FLAT RATE Airfare for Instructor ***** FLAT RATE Expenses for Instructor ***** ************** ***** LUMP SUM TOTAL ***** * In the case of 11 to 20 participants Fee for additional participants between 11 and 20 $XXX per person Fee for additional course materials between 11 and 20 $XXX per person * Notes a. Hotel charge ∙ JOGMEC will book a hotel room for the instructor during the course period. ∙ JOGMEC shall pay the room fee charged between two days before the commencement of the course and the last day of the course. (E.g. A 5-day seminar is scheduled on January 5th-9th. In case instructor stays 7 nights from January 3rd-9th, JOGMEC shall pay all room fee. However in case instructor stays 7 nights from January 4th-10th, JOGMEC shall pay for 6 nights on January 4th-9th and instructor shall be responsible to pay for 1 night on January 10th.) ∙ If the instructor stays extra nights for inevitable reasons, financial responsibility is decided by discussion between both parties. ∙ Instructors shall pay the incidental fees such as breakfast etc. b. Taxes ∙ JOGMEC will be responsible for any additional amounts related to Japanese taxes. COMPANY will be responsible for ****(country) taxes related to revenues received from this course.
