Terms and Conditions – Remote Collocation. Remote Collocation allows CLEC to physically collocate in a Qwest Remote Premises that is located remotely from a Qwest Wire Center building property. Such Remote Premises include controlled environmental vaults, controlled environmental huts, cabinets, pedestals and other remote terminals.
