Common use of Terms Binding Clause in Contracts

Terms Binding. All of the terms, conditions, representations, warranties and covenants of this Agreement shall apply to and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Recipient, DHCD, and the State. This Agreement shall be binding upon Subrecipient and its successors and assigns.
