Common use of Terms Binding Clause in Contracts

Terms Binding. All covenants, promises, conditions, representations and agreements herein contained shall be binding upon, apply, and inure to the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns. Tenant warrants and represents that this Agreement is being signed by a duly authorized representative of Tenant.
