Common use of Terms Binding Clause in Contracts

The Municipality shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that its officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, third party contractors shall be bound to observe all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to all of the covenants, representations and warranties set out herein.
