Terms Defined in the Note. All capitalized terms used in this Note Guaranty and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Note or the Note Purchase Agreement, as applicable. The terms of Section 17 of the Note shall apply to this Note Guaranty, mutatis mutandis. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the terms hereof shall be subject in all respects to the Agreed Security Principles. To the extent that the jurisdiction of organization of any Note Guarantor that becomes a party to this Note Guaranty pursuant to Section 3.04 requires the insertion of any additional provision in this Note Guaranty, any new defined term referenced therein will be deemed to be automatically incorporated by reference into this Section 1.02.
