Common use of Terms Defined in the UCC Clause in Contracts

Terms Defined in the UCC. Each term used herein which is defined in the UCC and not otherwise defined herein, shall have the respective meaning given such term in the UCC.

Terms Defined in the UCC. Each term used herein which is All terms that are defined in the UCC (as hereinafter defined), and not otherwise defined hereinthat are used in this Agreement or in Schedule A hereto without definition herein or therein, unless the context indicates otherwise, shall have the respective meaning given such term meanings specified in the UCC; provided that, to the extent that if any such term is defined differently in different Articles of the UCC, the definition of such term contained in Article 9 thereof shall govern.
