Terms Defined in the UCC. Unless otherwise defined herein or in the Intercreditor Agreement, capitalized terms used herein that are defined in the UCC shall have the meanings assigned to them in Article 8 or Article 9 of the UCC; provided that in any event, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in Article 8 or Article 9 of the UCC: “Accounts”; “As-Extracted Collateral”; “Chattel Paper”; “Commodity Account”; “Commodity Contract”; “Deposit Account”; “Documents”; “Equipment”; “Fixtures”; “Goods”; “Instruments”; “Inventory”; “Investment Property”; “Letter-of-Credit Right”; “Records”; “Securities Account”; “Security” and “Supporting Obligations”.
