Common use of Terms of Purchase Orders Clause in Contracts

Terms of Purchase Orders. Fukuda’s purchase orders submitted to Volcano Japan from time to time with respect to Volcano Products to be purchased hereunder shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement, and nothing contained in any such purchase order shall in any way modify such terms of purchase or add any additional terms or conditions, unless in writing signed by Fukuda and Volcano Japan.
