Terms of the Fixed Rate Notes. The Loan shall be evidenced by the Fixed Rate Notes. The Fixed Rate Notes shall be issued by the Owner Trustee under and pursuant to the Indenture, shall be, in the aggregate, in the principal amount of the Loan and shall bear interest at the rate or rates per annum and shall be payable as set forth in the Indenture.
