Common use of Terms Requiring Amendment Clause in Contracts

Terms Requiring Amendment. Any provisions set forth in this Article 6 may only be changed by agreement of the Parties. No other provision of the Charter requires an amendment executed by the Parties. Provisions not listed in this Article 6 may be changed by the School without approval of the Authorizer. A modification or amendment of this Article 6 of the Contract shall be considered to be an amendment of the Charter without further action by the Parties.
