TERRITORIAL RESTRICTIONS, EXPORT CONTROL. Citrix shall be responsible for compliance with the export control laws and regulations and when required by such laws and regulations shall obtain, at Citrix's or End User's sole cost and expense, validated export and re-export licenses required for Product, services and technical data delivered hereunder ("EXPORT MATERIALS"). V-ONE shall cooperate in obtaining any necessary Export Materials, including, without limitation, providing export control classification numbers for the Product.
