Test Cases of Intelligence Distribution. In this section, we divide the evaluated use case (Safety Alert and QoS) into 10 Test Cases according to the intelligence distribution operations of IoT6 components. In the following, the evaluated use case and the proposed Test Cases are briefly described. Each description includes an abbreviation to identify the Test Case to be referenced in the next sections about the validation operations and evaluation results. The Test Case identifiers are composed of two parts separated by an underscore: first, a prefix ‘TC_’ meaning ‘Test Case’, followed by the reference number of the test. For example, the identifier TC_1 denotes the 1st Test Case. The sequence of Test Cases is described below. 1. The IPv6 temperature sensor in the meeting room reads a high temperature (overheating) while the room is unoccupied. Using a pre-established threshold (i.e. 40º), the IPv6 sensor detects a critical value. Then the sensor tags a message as an alert and sends the message towards the Smart Board. (TC_1) 2. The alert message is forwarded in the Smart Board which applies smart routing technique and distributes the alarm message to the nearest safety server. The nearest safety server informs about the alarm condition to the local control and monitoring system. 3. The local control and monitoring system detects the retrieval of the alarm situation. Then, the local control and monitoring device (CMS/UDG) performs a global switch off and therefore sends a message to this multicast address with a simple payload (e.g. <bool val=”false”/>). All the devices in the meeting room are grouped by assigning an IPv6 multicast address to the corresponding oBIX data points (e.g. Bool data points). All IPv6 devices in the multicast group are turned off. (TC_3) 4. At the same time, the safety server activates a no-IP KNX alarm in the vicinity of the meeting room. (TC_4) 5. The safety server activates an IPv6-enabled alarm in the vicinity of the meeting room. (TC_5) 6. Moreover, the safety server raises an alert in the safety management tool (SaaS). (TC_6) 7. The safety management tool contacts system engineers through their mobile phones and informs them about the exact location and type of alarm. (TC_7) 8. In particular, a system engineer goes to the location and after arrival at the source of the alarm he detects a false alarm was raised: the real problem is a malfunctioning temperature sensor. He/She acknowledges the false alert to the building and safety management tool. (TC_8) 9. The safet...

Costs associated with such searches will be passed through to the Trust as an out-of-pocket expense in accordance with the fee schedule set forth in Exhibit C hereto. If a shareholder remains lost and the shareholder’s account unresolved after completion of the mandatory Rule 17Ad-17 search, the Trust hereby authorizes vendor to enter, at its discretion, into fee sharing arrangements with the lost shareholder (or such lost shareholder’s representative or executor) to conduct a more in-depth search in order to locate the lost shareholder before the shareholder’s assets escheat to the applicable state. The Trust hereby acknowledges that USBFS is not a party to these arrangements and does not receive any revenue sharing or other fees relating to these arrangements. • Completion of Review for Certain Review Receivables Following the delivery of the list of the Review Receivables and before the delivery of the Review Report by the Asset Representations Reviewer, the Servicer may notify the Asset Representations Reviewer if a Review Receivable is paid in full by the Obligor or purchased from the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the Basic Documents. On receipt of such notice, the Asset Representations Reviewer will immediately terminate all Tests of the related Review Receivable, and the Review of such Review Receivables will be considered complete (a “Test Complete”). In this case, the related Review Report will indicate a Test Complete for such Review Receivable and the related reason.

  • INSPECTION, ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION a. All shipments of Goods and performance of Services shall be subject to Buyer’s right of inspection. Buyer shall have ninety (90) days (the “Inspection Period“) following the delivery of the Goods at the Delivery Point or performance of the Services to undertake such inspection, and upon such inspection Buyer shall either accept the Goods or Services (“Acceptance“) or reject them. Buyer shall have the right to reject any Goods that are delivered in excess of the quantity ordered or are damaged or defective. In addition, Buyer shall have the right to reject any Goods or Services that are not in conformance with the Specifications or any term of this Agreement. Transfer of title to Buyer of Goods shall not constitute Buyer’s Acceptance of those Goods. Buyer shall provide Supplier within the Inspection Period notice of any Goods or Services that are rejected, together with the reasons for such rejection. If Buyer does not provide Supplier with any notice of rejection within the Inspection Period, then Buyer will be deemed to have provided Acceptance of such Goods or Services. Buyer’s inspection, testing, or Acceptance or use of the Goods or Services hereunder shall not limit or otherwise affect Supplier’s warranty obligations hereunder with respect to the Goods or Services, and such warranties shall survive inspection, test, Acceptance and use of the Goods or Services. b. Buyer shall be entitled to return rejected Goods to Supplier at Supplier’s expense and risk of loss for, at Buyer’s option, either: (i) full credit or refund of all amounts paid by Buyer to Supplier for the rejected Goods; or (ii) replacement Goods to be received within the time period specified by Buyer. Title to rejected Goods that are returned to Supplier shall transfer to Supplier upon such delivery and such Goods shall not be replaced by Supplier except upon written instructions from Buyer. Supplier shall not deliver Goods that were previously rejected on grounds of non-compliance with this Agreement, unless delivery of such Goods is approved in advance by Buyer, and is accompanied by a written disclosure of Buyer’s prior rejection(s).
