Test Components. 1) Promotional Potential Rating (PPR) –This component shall be conducted by the fire chief, assistant chief(s), and one member selected by the bargaining unit as follows: The evaluation criteria shall be based upon specific job-related performance criteria that shall be disclosed to all candidates six (6) months prior to administering the process thereafter.
