Test Construction. All promotional tests will be comprised of the following: 1. Written exam that includes at minimum one hundred (100) multiple choice questions. 2. An assessment center process consisting of up to four components including both written and oral exercises. 3. Candidates must score a minimum of 70% on the written exam in order to participate in the assessment process.
