Test Criteria. As provided for in a Project Agreement, ArcherDX and MRK agree to co-operate and together establish reasonable testing criteria, methods and standards to test and verify that the Products meet the Specifications (the “Testing Methods”). ArcherDX shall conduct release testing of Products using the Testing Methods prior to shipment to MRK.
