Common use of Test equipment Clause in Contracts

Test equipment. VENDOR shall make available to GTECH, upon written request by GTECH, any test procedures, special tools, jigs, fixtures, diagnostics, programs, test equipment or supplies necessary to repair the unit, any of the assemblies, subassemblies, piece parts, components, or other items comprising the Products purchased under this Agreement to component level. GTECH agrees to pay reasonable costs to VENDOR for hardware test equipment only. Other items such as procedures, schematics diagnostics, programs etc. will be made available at no charge.
