Common use of Test Fit Clause in Contracts

Test Fit. If Landlord elects in its sole and absolute discretion to obtain a “test fit” for the Suite 100 Second Expansion Space from WK Design Group, then Landlord shall be solely responsible for the cost and expense for said test fit, and the same shall not be deducted from the Suite 100 Second Expansion Space Improvement Allowance.
