Test Sample Clause Samples
Test Sample. The test sample shall be obtained in a private setting, and the procedures for taking the sample shall ensure privacy to employees to the extent of practicable, consistent with preventing tampering with the sample, and shall conform with applicable rules of the Commissioner of Health. All test samples shall be obtained by or under the direct supervision of a health care professional from a medical facility of the Appointing Authority's selection. However, such facility cannot be a state owned or operated medical facility.
Test Sample. Section 181.953. No test sample will be taken on the Employer’s premises and the test sample will not be taken by City of South Saint ▇▇▇▇ Employees.
Test Sample. Coded aliquot of the control material, to be analysed by laboratories participating in an ICI / EQUAS.
