Common use of Test Security Clause in Contracts

Test Security. The Organization shall safeguard the security of B-PAD materials in its handling and storage of them by taking all reasonable precautions, and the Organization shall limit access of the materials to those persons who have a bona fide need to view these personnel assessment products. The Organization shall not use B-PAD products in any way that compromises their security and shall notify B-PAD immediately upon learning of any such compomise.
