Common use of Test Services Clause in Contracts

Test Services. SunGard's testing services are designed to provide reliable and repeatable Test services for operating system, application and data restorations ("Test Services") while Customer is using the Recovery Services for a Test. Whenever Customer schedules a Test of the Recovery Services, the Test Services provided by SunGard to Customer shall the Test services selected by Customer for the configurations identified in the applicable Schedule or Addendum.
