Common use of Test Word Clause in Contracts

Test Word. Test Words must contain at least 8 alphanumeric characters, and should be established at document execution and changed each time the List of Authorized Signers/Approvers is updated. All instructions should clearly display the Test Word, which may be used in lieu of a callback to confirm the authenticity of the instruction.
