Testing Activities. Participants are responsible for understanding which tests are required to be run for each system and for completing those tests. For Participants whose systems support multiple Integration Profiles, completing testing can be a challenge. Participants are responsible for tracking their progress and prioritizing testing of the Profiles they find most important. Participants may find it necessary to drop some Actors and Profiles if time does not permit completing required tests. Testing activities performed by Connectathon Participants can be described as follows:
Testing Activities. On the testing day, we will first conduct a building survey of your property in order to record general characteristics of your building. We have enclosed a copy of a building survey for your review. There is no need to complete this now; our trained technician will complete it on the day of testing. After completing the survey, indoor air testing will be conducted on the first floor. The canisters will be opened and left in place to collect an air sample over a period of 8 hours. You can see a picture of the canisters on the enclosed information sheet. It’s as simple as placing the canisters in position, starting the 8-hour timer, then closing and removing the canisters approximately 8 hours later. These canisters make no noise and should not interfere with your normal, daily activities; however, the canisters should not be moved or disturbed during the sampling process. Upon completion of the indoor air sampling, we would then collect two (2) sub-slab vapor samples from beneath the basement slab of your building. To collect the sub-slab vapor samples, we will initially drill a 1 ½-inch diameter hole into the slab to a depth of approximately 1 ¾- inches at each location. A 5/8-inch diameter hole is then drilled through the center of the hole and advanced completely through the concrete slab. The holes will be drilled using a common hammer drill found at any hardware store. A sampling port is then installed at each location to facilitate sample collection, which involves placing a stainless steel tube wrapped in silicone into the hole. The ports will be installed flush with the existing floor to not create a trip hazard in your building. A small, stainless steel cover would cap each sampling port and the ports would be left in for one additional sampling event. The WDNR requires that one sampling event be performed in the heating months between November and March, and one sampling event be performed in the non-heating months (typically between April and October). After the sampling events are completed, the sampling ports will be removed and the holes in the concrete will be repaired with cement. In addition, manual readings will be recorded at the start of the test and at the end of the test. Near the end of the test, operators should endeavor to bring the level in the intermediate tankage/vessels back to the levels recorded at the beginning of the test. 7) The 3rd Party Independent Laboratory will analyze Owner-provided samples of any existing biodiesel in the storage tanks for compliance with 6751-09a prior to the start of the performance test as detailed in Article 3.0 – Pre Test Activities, paragraph 4. 8) During the test, the 3rd Party Independent Laboratory will analyze Owner-provided samples of the produced biodiesel for compliance with 6751-09a. Quality samples will be drawn from the final storage tanks every 12 hours at the sample port locations on the recirculation lines. Testing Activities. Ion Cell Impact Testing - White Sands Test Facility to perform 5 hyper- velocity tests on an unprotected battery (battery to be supplied by Amazon). These test will determine the event volatility of impact on an individual cell. - White Sands Test Facility to perform 10 hyper-velocity tests on a representative unprotected battery. These test will determine the detriment that impacts have on the battery without shielding and perhaps eliminate battery shielding altogether. - White Sands Test Facility to perform 20 hyper- velocity tests on a shielded battery. - WSTF to perform up to 24 HVI tests on a shielded COPV at 50% MEOP - Each testing activity shall be followed by a report due two weeks after testing segment completion. NASA anticipates 2 reports will be provided, one covering the battery test results and another for the COPV test results.

The Contractor must accommodate this in their testing approach.). i. Provide stress-test software that shall simulate actual System use for the State during acceptance testing. The Contractor shall work in consultation with the State on testing requirements. j. Execute the test scripts for all test cycles with minimal State involvement. Prior to being promoted to user acceptance testing, the test scripts must pass criteria with user security/permissions enabled that is aligned with the Security Plan. k. Compile testing results for all test cycles. This includes user acceptance test results from the State. l.   • Marketing Activities The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in marketing activities for any Hydrocarbons or enter into any contracts related thereto other than (i) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from their proved Oil and Gas Properties during the period of such contract, (ii) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from proved Oil and Gas Properties of third parties during the period of such contract associated with the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries that the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries has the right to market pursuant to joint operating agreements, unitization agreements or other similar contracts that are usual and customary in the oil and gas business and (iii) other contracts for the purchase and/or sale of Hydrocarbons of third parties (A) which have generally offsetting provisions (i.e. corresponding pricing mechanics, delivery dates and points and volumes) such that no “position” is taken and (B) for which appropriate credit support has been taken to alleviate the material credit risks of the counterparty thereto.

  • Monitoring Activities The Cheyenne MPO shall have the right to monitor all activities related to this Agreement that are performed by the Consultant or its subconsultants. This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time and with reasonable notice; to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress; to examine the books, ledgers, documents, papers, and records pertinent to this Agreement; and to observe personnel in every phase of performance of the related work.

  • Competing Activities Notwithstanding any duty otherwise existing at law or in equity, (i) neither a Member nor a Manager of the Company, or any of their respective affiliates, partners, members, shareholders, directors, managers, officers or employees, shall be expressly or impliedly restricted or prohibited solely by virtue of this Agreement or the relationships created hereby from engaging in other activities or business ventures of any kind or character whatsoever and (ii) except as otherwise agreed in writing or by written Company policy, each Member and Manager of the Company, and their respective affiliates, partners, members, shareholders, directors, managers, officers and employees, shall have the right to conduct, or to possess a direct or indirect ownership interest in, activities and business ventures of every type and description, including activities and business ventures in direct competition with the Company.

  • No Marketing Activities Contractor is prohibited from using the Work for any Contractor or third-party marketing, advertising, or promotional activities, without the prior written consent of System Agency. The foregoing prohibition includes, without limitation, the placement of banners, pop-up ads, or other advertisements promoting Contractor’s or a third party’s products, services, workshops, trainings, or other commercial offerings on any website portal or internet-based service or software application hosted or managed by Contractor as part of the Work.

  • Regulatory Activities a) As between the Parties, Xynomic shall have the sole responsibility and discretion for preparing, obtaining, and maintaining Drug Approval Applications (including the setting of the overall regulatory strategy therefor), other Regulatory Approvals and other submissions, and for conducting communications with the Regulatory Authorities, for Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products in the Territory (which shall include filings of or with respect to INDs and other filings or communications with the Regulatory Authorities). All Regulatory Approvals relating to the Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products with respect to the Territory shall be owned by, and shall be the sole property and held in the name of, Xynomic or its designated Affiliate. Pharmacyclics hereby assigns to Xynomic all of Pharmacyclics’ (or its Affiliates’) right, title, and interest in and to all Regulatory Documentation owned by Pharmacyclics (or its Affiliates) and held in Pharmacyclics’ name (or its Affiliates) as of the Effective Date or generated in the “winding up” activities after the Effective Date and shall deliver all Regulatory Documentation as well as embodiments of all Regulatory Documentation to Xynomic within sixty (60) days after the Effective Date. b) Xynomic shall notify the Pharmacyclics Alliance Manager promptly (but in no event later than forty-eight (48) hours) following its determination that any event, incident, or circumstance has occurred that may result in the need for a recall, market suspension, or market withdrawal of a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product in the Territory, and shall include in such notice the reasoning behind such determination, and any supporting facts. Xynomic (or its Sublicensee) shall have the right to make the final determination whether to voluntarily implement any such recall, market suspension, or market withdrawal in the Territory; provided that prior to any implementation of such a recall, market suspension, or market withdrawal, Xynomic shall consult with Pharmacyclics and shall consider Pharmacyclics’ comments in good faith. If a recall, market suspension, or market withdrawal is mandated by a Regulatory Authority in the Territory, Xynomic (or its Sublicensee) shall initiate such a recall, market suspension, or market withdrawal in compliance with Applicable Law. For all recalls, market suspensions, or market withdrawals undertaken pursuant to this Section 2.2.1.b), Xynomic (or its Sublicensee) shall be solely responsible for the execution and all costs thereof.
