Common use of Testing and Certification Clause in Contracts

Testing and Certification. Unless otherwise agreed by ▇▇▇▇▇, Seller will perform (or have performed on its behalf), in a manner satisfactory to Buyer, all testing, inspections, analyses, and certifications reasonably required to determine that all Goods comply with all applicable Laws (collectively, “Testing and Certification”). Upon request by ▇▇▇▇▇, Seller will certify to Buyer in writing that all Testing and Certification have been performed and completed, and will provide Buyer with copies of state, federal, international, provincial, local, and applicable foreign country or other jurisdiction certifications, permits, approvals, and any other documentation that evidences that the Goods satisfy all such requirements.
