Testing and Commissioning. All inspection, testing and commissioning applicable to the Work shall be conducted in accordance with the Testing and Commissioning Program. Owner and Contractor acknowledge that the Testing and Commissioning Program will be developed and expanded during the course of the Contract as may be necessary to comply with Contract requirements.
